WIC is an excellent resource for eligible, low-income clients. This program provides breastfeeding assistance and breast pump loans to those clients having difficulty nursing or returning to work. They have many offices statewide. The San Francisco WIC Breastfeeding Support Warm Line: If you live in San Francisco, this hotline is available for questions, problems, and support.
