Bayview-Hunters Point Center for Arts and Technology (BAYCAT)
The NCoE had a partnership with BAYCAT for over 10 years, through our collaboration on our young women’s program we have educated, empowered and provided resources to amplify the voices of our young women as they address important health issues facing their community. San Francisco Unified School District
For over 17 years, we worked in collaboration with the San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD) Wellness program to enhance young women’s health and leadership development. Our shared mission is to advance the health and well-being of young women from diverse communities in San Francisco. At the heart of our programs was our belief that young women know the challenges they face and have the best ideas about how to address them. Therefore our partnership aimed to provide young women with the training, resources, support, and opportunities to be leaders and change their worlds.
