The UCSF Black Wellness Center

A unique space for you!

Opened in June of 2022 by the Black Women's Health & Livelihood Initiative.
The center and space is cultivated for the well-being of self-identified Black patients, community members, staff, trainees, and providers.
Our goal is to create a safe space for self-identified Black individuals to have respite, connect in community, be inspired and rejuvenated.
Visit our warm and inviting space designed to inspire relaxation, connection, and rejuvenation for our Black community.

Visitors to the space can enjoy a cup of tea, take a moment to relax, read our book collection, connect with our staff, or engage with the art exhibit.
Wellness events are hybrid so attendees can join in person in our Black Wellness Center of virtually.
Community wellness events are designed for this same audience unless otherwise indicated.
Come in and meet our program manager Brandon "B' Stroud, MS | Open 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday
